Backup Exec 2012 SP2 - Don't start all services after reboot

This is a new installation of Backup Exec 2012 SP2 media server. I have configured and tested some VMware backups and everything works fine. However, after an Operating system reboot, 2 or 3 Backup Exec services stayed stopped. I had to restart all services from the BE services manager then, all services started. The server was rebooted a second time to test and it happened again. 

Someone has experienced an issue like this?

1) Are all the BE services configured for automatic starts?

2) Is there anything in the Windows Eventlog to indicate what caused the services not to start?

It seems this issue has been corrected after apply hotfix 209149. I'll give monitoring and I'll let you know guys if the issue presents again.
