Anyone have idea that the Backup Exec 2012 SP4 will support Sharepoint 2013 with GRT backup.

As per the software compatibility list... It only supports non-GRT backups for Sharepoint 2013. You might wanna wait for the upcoming release Backup Exec 2014 to see it supports GRT for SP2013..
