Backup Exec 2012 et 2012 V RAY

Hi,

I have actually a backupExec 2010, i just want to upgrad it.

I ask myself the following questions about BackupExec.
In fact, for me BE 2012 and BE 2012 V-Ray versions are the same, copremant VM Ware and open files agent is the case?

...if you have VMs, then V-Ray is what you would be looking for, otherwise normal Backup Exec will do the trick.

The V-Ray edition is just a licencing bundle for highly virtualised environment.  The underlying software is still the same BE as when you have the "normal" BE licences.
