Backup Exec 2012 various issues

Hi,

I have several issues with BE2012 so here goes:

1.) The Agent on the CAS cannot establish a trust with itself - it reports that the logon account provided is not a member of the Administrators group. So this server will not backup.

2.) We have 2 media servers, however all the VM servers backing up to one of these MS's are failing with Authorisation errors

3.) With NDMP restores at the first screen I do not receive any option for selecting the restore type, e.g. select files

 

any ideas, this isn't a good position for our business to be in.

Would you pls confirm if file history was enabled for the NDMP backup job ?

Yes "file history" is enabled - to confirm if I want to restore from an NDMP backup. I select the NDMP device click on the 'Restore' icon, which starts the restore wizard, however there are no options in the window to select what to do.

Yes the account had all required rights.

I've solved the connectivity issue by unistalling BE from the CASO and MS and reinstalling.

Would you pls confirm if SP1 is installed or not & secondly, are there any catalog errors under the event viewer ?
