Backup Exec 2012 vendor ask me the license ?!?!

I need of a quote for the LEO license from a vendor, and he asks me the license numbers to make the quote, is that all legal ???

Do I really give it to him ??

I'd recommend you speak to the licensing team to clarify this:

Others vendor ask me the license, I mean the authentic license, the pdf I have received from symantec. But the license team has not yet answered.

Yes, this is legal and normal. With your existing licenses the vendor can check till what date your current support is valid and request a quote at Symantec for extension.
