Anyone can tell me if the technology Hekaton of Microsoft SQL Server 2014 is actually working with BackupExec 2014.
If yes where I can see this information in an oficial kb or other documents.

...there is no mention of it in the SCL, although BE 20114 does support SQL 20114.
Might be a question for the Symantec technical team, so if you get no assistance here, log a call directly with Symantec to find out.
Thanks!

Afaik, Hekaton is a feature which shouldn't have any affect on backups/restores. I doubt there would be any KB regarding this since its a performance feature of SQL (like NUMA, delayed durability etc) which have no impact on backups/restores.
Additionally, the MS site doesn't offer any different method or any Hekaton-specific backup/restore method - http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn575469.aspx
