I am running a daily full backup on our Windows 2000 server SP4 on Dirve C: and D:. The backup fails. Here Is the Log file:

I have been getting this error for two weeks. I have tried brand new tapes. The are DDS3 12gb/24bg compressed. We were previously getting 20gb on the tapes now it stops at 18gb and fails. The media is set to overwrite in the general tab, the overwrite protecion is none.
Any Suggestions or fixes?
