Restoring Mailbox fails

I am trying to restore a Exchange 5.5 mailbox back onto the NT4 server. But everytime I start the job, it fails with "The job failed with the following error: Unable to attach to one of the drives."

Also the job returns the following

"Final error: 0xa000848c - Unable to attach to one of the drives.

Final error category: Resource Errors"

The logon account that I am using to restore the job with, is the same logon account that the exchange services are running on, so it cant be an authentication problem. I double checked the password for the logon account too.

I am at a loss

Was the whole EMail account deleted?

If so, have you tried recreating the account before the restore?
