Backup Exec 9.1 - backup fails - Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group

The backup fails. The cartridge is ejected and backup exec requests a cleaning. I have installed a new IBM DAT DDS5 but the same error occurs. After cancelling the job I can see that it always is at the same point "Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group". It seems that the data have been backed up exept "Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group".  Agent for Exchange Server is installed.

Reinstall the Remote Agent and try again. That clears up issues most of the time.

So what is the exact error you are getting when the job fails or is the tape drive just constantly requesting a cleaning?  If it's the 2nd question, I would have your vendor look at the drive to make sure it's working correctly.  tape drives should not constantly request / require cleaning.
