Backup Exec IDR error on restore

Hello during a restore of my media server equiped
with IDR, during one stage where it says
"Restoring a SYSTEM hive"

I get the following error

Unknown loops error: -536805663

can you shed some light on this?

Hello,

What is the method you are using for the recovering the system? What is the OS on the media server?

Refer to the following technotes regarding the IDR process and specify as to which point the error exactly occurs.

Also look for errors in the Windows event viewer.
