License upgrade for 8.6 to 10.0

Please can you tell me which license I need to purchase to upgrade "Library Expansion Option" from version 8.6 to v10.0. Can I just purchase the "Library Expansion Option v10 Upgrade" or do I need to go to v9.x first?
