Backup Exec RPC Server crashing all the time

Hi,
Having problem with version 10.d under win 2003 server. The Backup Exec RPC Server keep crashing.
Also can see the following error in the event viewer: Faulting application beserver.exe, version 10.1.5629.0, faulting module beserver.exe, version 10.1.5629.0, fault address 0x0025006c.
any idea?
