Hello everybody
We are using Backup Exec 12 for Windows Servers Rev. 1364 on a Windows Small Business Server 2003 with Service Pack 2.
It works since 2 years, and we didnt change anything on the system.
Now the Backup fails every day with the same error: Error Code: e000e020 missed timewindow.. but the Timewindow is set to 8 hours.
If i open the Backup Exec, all Services are off. After restart the services i can open it.
There is a warning: ID: 57797 The Backup Exec Server Service turned off.
If we restart the Server, the Backup maybe works for one time. But the next day again the same problem.
I havent got any Errors from the SQL Server.
We allready reinstalled and reconfigurated Backup Exec with all updates + MySQL but the Error isnt fixed...
Did anyone had this Problem before and solved it?
