Backup Exec Server doesn't start

Hi.
I use BE on a W2k SP4 server. BE services are launched automatically at boot
as system services.
For some days, "Backup Exec Server" service stay in "Démarrage" (in french,
that is : starting is in progress but is never finished) and the "Backup
Exec Job Engine" doesn't start.
I don't see where is the problem. The account connexion is correct :
name>\administrator, and it worked correctly in the past.

Is there any errors logged on your windows event logs regarding the service for Backup Exec.
Please confirm if u see this error on your windows Eventlog.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7022

Yes, that's exactly the message I have.
The following service "Backup Exec Job Engine" doesn't start anyway because it depends of "Backup Exec Server". After starting, the service was stopped in a waiting state.

The problem is solved by the technote.
Il had to re-install Outlook on the server and to create the administrator account in outlook.
BE server service is now correcty launched at the boot.
