I've been unsuccessful in figuring out what is causing this, I can see from the error it is attempting to open a file that doesn't exist however how do I stop it?
Kind Regards

Hello Madball,
It may be that .Net is corrupt. Run a repair on .net and reboot. If that doesnt fix it then uninstall it reboot and reinstall. You can also install .Net 3.0 from the Backup Exec installation disk.

What you can do is
1) Uninstall .Net
2) Repair BE. This will automatically re-install .Net.

Hello Madball,
Is this impacting any of the BE functionality?
or
Are these events triggered, while running any BE functions?
Regards,

Hello Madball,
did the uninstll of .net and repair BE resolve this issue or is it still occurring?

I'm getting the same error messages on our Server 2008 R2 SP1 system with Backup Exec 2010 R3 SP3 with latest updates. Got also a high CPU Usage by beserver.exe
How can this problem be solved?

I am having the same exact issue as you Simonx182 with the same exact errors. We are running BackupExec 2010 R3 on a Server 2008 R2 OS which is our domain controller also. When I first started noticing the flooding of these events in the application log, I restarted the server. All was good for a couple of days and it came back. Did it come back for you after you restarted? Our CPU usage is between 80-90% all the time and beserver.exe was using 9GB of memory. This is ridiculous. Can someone help with this issue please?
