Will Backup Exec (10d or 11d) work with Oracle ASM and RMAN to backup database files located in the ASM disk groups?
I do not want to implement ASM if we cannot backup using the enterprise solution currently in place.
If anyone with experience with this configuration has any advise, I would love to hear it.
