Is this server a DC and is there another DC which is on Server 2012

This server is not a DC. The server is also not in domain curruntly, but it was in domain before. I don't know if there were WinServer 2012 based DC in the domain/forest when the backup exec server was in domain.

Turn off the shadow copy component on the server and then turn it on again. Set the disk space limit to unlimited. You can set a limit after this problem is resolved
