Backup Exec creating a backup job

I have 2 computers with server operating systems

One is running Windows Server 2003 with Backup Exec Continous Protection
The other one is running Windows 2000 Server and I have pushed the installation of Backup Exec to that server.

And now I created a Backup Destination on the 2003 server machine - but I won't let choose at location on the windows 2000 machine only to itself.

Then I went to create a Backup Job, but when I go to select the files that I want to backup there is nothing there listed for me to select.

Have you checked if the agent is running?

Hi,

Have you installed CPA on Windows 2000 server?
Are the CMS and CPS servers in different domains?
Please elaborate your setup.
Verify that CPA is installed and running on the remote server.
Restart the services on the remote server and also recycle all the services on the cms server.
