We are using backup exec 12.5 on several sites.
out of 5 sites only 1 is sending a mail for the job log.
reading all the other posts, it has nothing to do with anti virus or exchange.
all 5 sites are the same and although we have sbs2003 exchange is not enabled on
the one server and we get the mail. the server sbs2003 with exchange, well i won't even mention exchange
cos as i said exchange does not interfear with BE 12.5. however this has stopped sending
mail now, so as i said at the start we only have one server sendingf reports out.
What i need is the location of the smtp recipient in BE and delete it i think and restart the process again
as it seems to me to be corupt. it is not the Anti virus as all site are the same.
any explanations would be good. thx
o and yes the 12.5 is the latest updates as well tried that one.
