Backup Exec wont finish the job

Hello

We have a big Problem. After the last Windows Updates, our Backup Exec dont run smooth.
So we decided to reinstall Backup Exec.

After that, the Backup work again well. But it will finish the job. 
After backup and checking, the task simply continues. He also ignores the maximum runtime of 16 hours.
When i manual cancel the task he stands by "Waiting for a break" and dont finish.

I can only stop this, is i restart the Job Engine Service by killing in the Task Manager.

We dont know what we can do to solve the Problem. The Customer ist not happy and will change the backup product.

Any reason why the customer is still using BE2010?

Are you and the customer aware of the fact that BE2010 is no longer supported?
