Backup Failure system state

HI,

every backup we make failes on error V-79-57344-65247 stating WARNING: "System?State\System Files\System Files" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.
Shadow Copy Writer SYSVOL
Shadow Copy Logical Directory SYSVOL\SYSVOL
Shadow Copy Component 8075cec4-9745-45bf-a021adf9ee219362
Shadow Copy Writer Active Directory
Shadow Copy Logical Directory Active Directory\C:_WINDOWS_NTDS
Shadow Copy Component ntds

Tried suggestions like disabled antivirus. Any suggestions? Backup 11d SBS runs on SBS2003 server standaard.

It is not happy with one particular file, if you turn up your logging by going to tools/options so that you can log directories and files processed you will be able to identify what the file is, you may find that the file can be deleted or you can deselect it in the selection list.

logging is enabled (see the text in my post) adn how do you want me to delete a file which is part of system state?
