Backup Hangs

Hello,

We are running BE 12.0 Rev. 1364 on Windows 2k3 in conjunction to CPS.

For some very odd reason our backup is sitting there idly for for 34+ hours with the status set to "Cancel Pending".


It seems nothing can be done and so we're stuck. We have had a number of issues with BE but none of that have prolonged for such a period of time.


Additionally, is there a chat support feature Symantec has? I'm hearing impaired, so calling them wouldn't be the best option for support.
