Backup Job failes on server 2003/exchnage 2003 with VSS errors.

As a Genreal network layout, we have Backup Exec on a member server, and backup Our exchanger server with remote agent.  Every thing on the server backups up excpet Shadow Copy it failes.  I have Use AOFO checked with MS Volume Shadow Copy Selected.  All our servers are 2003 and the exchange is 2003.  (The exchange server is the one with problem, but I am not sure it is an exchange issuse).

I searched symanted but I can't find this error in the knowledge base.  Any help would be great.

Jon,

Can you run a test backup of this server and not use AOFO in the backup to see if it has any difference?  Also I moved your thread because the issue is with VSS/AOFO not Exchange.  Exchange just happens to be on this server
