Backup Job on Tape Get not finish

Hi Experts,

I having the same old problem.

I created a Job, putting my backup in the tape: Files, SQL, Shadow Copy and System State.

Ok. There is 51 GB of Backup, but when the job finish this 51 GB, it doesn't finish and doesn't eject the tape.

I already Updated, My backup is 2010 R3 and updated.

Anyone can helps me?

Where does it stall? Any alerts that you need to respond too? Right-click the job and check...

No...

There is not a problem, and is not queued.

just because it doesn't finish. 51 GB and stops and time keeps going on.

Go to the Alerts tab and check whether there are any outstanding alerts that you need to respond to.

But the problem is not that... i am gonna post a picture with the problem and you're gonna understand.

The job stops de bytes count, but the time keeps going on ( i am sorry for my english )

But on Byte Counts keeps in 51 GB and the job stops in this config.

and Job Rate disappear,

Does it complete with the eject option de-selected in the job ?

i gonna try... maybe there is a problem with the eject... i gonna try...
