Backup Schedule sheet???????

Hi Guys,
Quick question

Is there any documentation .XLS ete templates that I can user to keep track of my backup schedule.....So i can see which server is backing up at what time rather than looking at Veriats Job Monitor screen?

A visual representation if you like as to whats happing with each job at what time??

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated as I have searched the web for hours trying to find such a document.
