Hi everyone,
Every time I did a backup on tape the server crashes at the same time 42minutes after the start of the job.
Is there some logs in BE that could be intersting for me ?
I've already seen the log_bengine.txt but I only got this info :
[3396] PERFORMANCE WARNING: previous object type: MD_OBJTYPE_ACTIVEJOBEX
[3396] PERFORMANCE WARNING: GetByteSize incorrect, finding object type...
a lot of time (every 5 seconds) before the crash of the server.
BE updates ok, update of the tape drive firmware ok update of the scsi and tape drive driver ok.
Tx !

Hi, BE is updated with the latest fix, sp and patches, I verify this with LiveUpdate.
No dmp file generated unfortunately.

Hi
It would be good then if you log a case with Symantec support to investigate it further
Thanks
