Backup exec 2010 with sp2 installed. Keeps asking for sp2 again in the liveupdate now.

Hello. I installed the newer backup exec 2010 R3 revision 5204 service pack 2 that was release on 04/12/2012 on my server and the live update process now keeps asking to install the same patch again. The help - about menu shows service pack 2 installed along with hotfixes.

Can I do this sp2 update again without causing any issues or will this issue prevent any newer patches from showing until the condition is either met or cleared concering the sp2 install? I am not ready to move up to backup exec 2012 so I would like to continue using 2010 for the time being.

Hi

If liveupdate is prompting for sp2 even though it is installed please try installing sp2 again from live update & then update the other hotfixes after sp2 using live update
