Backup failing with Utility Partition error

Hi,

Since adding a new Windows 2003 SP1 server to our backup the job fails on this server with the error:

Unable to attach to \\servername\Utility partition

The Utility Partition is not listed in the selection options. Can anyone tell me how I find this?

The new server is on the LAN (there is a registry fix in the BE KB for a server on the other side of the firewall). The backup server runs Windows 2003 SP1 Backup Exec V9.1 Rev 4691.

Fiona,

Check is it present under Text Selections.
On the selections screen click on Text instead of Graphical.
