Backup job status is Recovered

Hi Team,

    We are running Mail server back @ every day. Yesderday this job running above 2 hours and job status is recovered. Normally it will run 5 hours.

Please find the attached screenshot and let me know. What is the exact issue.

Why this problem occured?

check the alerts tab to see if amything has been generated!

Hi,

  In alert the drive hardware is offline before the job end time. I think the job recovered due to this problem. That time it's trying to recover the job but it's stopped due to this issue.

 

I need one information, Where we need to find the backup exec service start time and stop time.

unless you have some sort of procedure scheduled to do so, the only way is to check the Alerts tab within BE & the Event Viewer within Windows. could be that a resource is locked causing the hardware to go offline, but also check for hardware alerts!!!

1. Alerts tab within BE will give you and idea of what is happening within BE and the backup job itself! 2. Event1 Viewer will indicate hardware issues as well! Thanks!
