Backup servers with Remote Agent 10

Guys,

I am using Backup Exec 9.1 Rev 4691 to try and backup servers which have remote agent 10.0 installed. When I try and select the C drive I get the following message. This server backup works ok on a separate server installed with 10.0

Selection of this item is disabled. You are not authorized to access this item, a license key for Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers is not installed on the machine or the Remote Agent is old or incompatible.

Is it possible to backup the drives with these versions of the software.

In order to backup the Remote Servers with backup exec version 9.1 the remote Server should have the 9.1 remote agent installed and not version 10.0.

So you could either Upgrade the backup exec version to 10.0 or downgrade the Remote agent version to 9.1
