My server backs up successfully, but reports it takes 4 to 9 hours for 5 Gig of data. The log file doesn't reflect this, but the Job Monitor does.

If you have "Eject on End" selected in the Job Description, the job will not "End" until you reply to the "Remove Media" alert or until you lift the handle for a DLT type drive.
