Backupexec 10.1d does not shows online media

Hello, We have installed a new backupserver and configured it exactly as the old one, same ID for the scsi HP tapeloader 1/8 Ultrium 1 . We then copied the jobs and config from the old to new one. Everyhting seems to be ok, BackupExec see's the devices and when we do inventory, then again everything seems normal, only we do not see the online media, and if we start backup job it keeps asking for a tape, coming back with 'there no tape in the device'.. Anyone has a idea what we did wrong and how to fix this.. THX

Try to move a tape to the scratch media and then run a backup job.

Under the Device tab, expand your library and click on Slots.  Do you see all the tapes that are in the slots?

Hello,

After some more research on the old BackupExec server found that there where more license to add, which enabled also the robotic library. So after unstall and reinstall with all serial nbr...looks much beter now ...
