Hi, Bengine crash every time when is verifying the Dupplicate to Tape of Exchange 2010.
this is the error 1000 from event viewer in windows 2008 standard r2:

This happen just with this server (exchange) . I got a case with symantec support but they even don't figure it out whats going on.
If some one knows what is the problem, I'll appreciate your help.
We got BackUp exec 2012 version 14.0 rev. 1798 (64 bit) with all the hotfixes.

Is this a standalone Media Server or you have Enterprise server option installed. Also, are you duplicating from a Disk to Tape or De-dup to Tape. Could you try to duplicate the backup to a different B2D folder and see if you get a crash.
Could you please DM or email me the case number so that I could try and analyze the crash dumps.

It is a stalone server, I'm duplicating from disk to tape.
I can try to duplicate from disk to disk, I´ll tell you what happen.
