C$ and D$ greyed out??

I must be having a memory lapse as I have done this a million times but when I need to go deeper into the C or D drive to backup a folder they are greyed out. What am I missing.

Does this happen for the remote servers?
If yes are these remote workstations with Win XP?

Please verify whether the port 10000 is open on all the servers.

I thought the agent was installed but it was not. After installing it was corrected.
