I am trying to set up CPS for the first time and I am having trouble with an agent.
I have uninstalled the agent from one server and am trying to reinstall it on a different server. I get as far as entering the SN but it brings an error up saying that the SN is either invalid or a duplicate.
When I uninstalled it from the server I did it via add/remove programs and have since read that this may not have been the best way to do it.
I am now at a loss as to what to do now, any advice?
