CPS Web Portal

Hi All
 
First of all after I upgraded to 7170 my backups been runing alright. slow but alright.
 
I been working on getting the CPS Web portal to work to be used by our IT staff.
The portal work well and I can use the Browse tab to find the file and the version I want to restore. But the search and recent activities never returns any results no matter what I do.
 
All my snap shoots are indexed.
I can search fine if I am using the CPS console instead of the web interface.
I have full rights to all files and folders
 
Have anyone seen this before and is there a way to fix this?

This issue is not common, but it's not unheard of either. Please review the following Technote:
If none of the documented steps resolve the issue, please call Technical Support to open a support case, as recommended in the Technote.

I am guessing the document you wanted me to look at was http://support.veritas.com/docs/286924
Before I spend 4h on the phone with tech support will they actually be able to fix the problem? If there is no fix available thats ok but I don't want to waste half a day for nothing more then having a support case.
