CPS and Empty Selections List -> What am I doing wrong?

I'm using CPS 11d and am new to it.

I have pushed the remote agent (CPA) to 3 different remote servers, 2 of which are in different domains. I have verified the necessary ports are open between subnets, setup a HOSTS file entry on each remote server for the CPS management server IP, verified the remote servers can ping the CPS management server by name.....

I get the remote servers to show up in the SERVERS list as offline. I can right-click and set online but nothing will ever show up in the Backup Selections list so I can't create a job because I have nothing to select!?!?!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,

Are these machines on the same subnet?

Are all the Backup Exec CPS services running on the CPA server.
