CPS indexing issue "unable to keep up with snapshots given the current schedule"

Has anyone experienced this problem? I just started seeing the error lately, backups are working as normal, but I was conerned about the error message.  I use CPS version 11d Build11.1.407.5801

 

"indexing may be unable to keep up with snapshots given the current schedule"

I am getting this problem as well.  CPS 11D Indexing is falling behind and when I look at the snaposhots most say pending while only a couple say indexed.  I have tried to reduce the snapshot schedule with no joy does anyone have a soloution or explanation for this.
