Can not Backup NSF and NTF (Lotus Domino Database)

Dear Symantec Support,

I have just install backup exec 12.5, and i have purchase also lotus domino option, but i can not backup the NSF and NTF file for the domino server ( using Lotus domino 7.0.2 Server)

the backup was quickly complete and without exception, when i check the restore, there no file NSF and NTF was backuped and look like it was skipped, it very annoying.

for backup 10d and 11d, it can backup the NSF fine completely.

please help.

Is that license installed successfully?
Are you able to browse to the Lotus Notes DB in your selection list?

BackupExec skips NSF and NTF files (as well as SQL and Exchange database files) as flat files, because as long as the Database server is running, it has exclusive control of the file(s)

You need to purchase and install the appropriate Agent to get "hot" backup of running database servers
