Can't backup INSTANCE BKUPEXEC through SQL agent after upgrade to sql sp4

Hi, everybody.

I need your help on following:
After I upgrade the backup exec 10.0 instance BKUPEXEC of MSDE from sp3a to sp4, although all the other operation could continue, when I try to backup media server BKUPEXEC instance through SQL agent, always hint the accout I use to connect the SQL fail to certificate.
Before upgrade MSDE instance to sp4, I know the BKUPEXE is use intergrated certificate. Why could it be backuped normally?

Is the authentication mode set to Windows as well as SQL? if not set both ,and pls let us know the exact error message .
