Can't find new Powervault 124t LTO3

Greetings all,
I just disconnected our old LTO1 library, and connected a new LTO3 library to our server running Bexec for win servers 10d. The server sees the library but when I try to add it in Bexec, it doe4sn't see it. I deleted the old device in bexec.

What am I missing?

I just recently connected a 124T to our BE server without any issues. You say that you cannot "see" the new unit. Does it show up in the Device Configuration Wizard?
