Can't recognize the tapedrive as a autoloader

I have a big problem on my new "HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader ".
The backup exec can't recognize it as a autoloader, I can only see a stanalone tapedrive.
I've checked the HP website and they said the HBA (I supposed is the SCSI card) must be enabled the Multiple LUN support, otherwise it can't show as a autoloader...
But I've alreday enabled the Multiple LUN options in the SCSI BIOS.

Even though it supports one loader with one drive for free, you must select loader/library support at install time.

Also, does Windows Device Manager show the loader?  Is it started and ready?

I've already selected the "Robotics libraries support" when I installed the BE.

Because my OS is Windows NT, I don't have Windows device manager.
But I can see only 1 tape drive in with LUN 0 in the "Tape drives" of Windows NT control panel.

have you tried loading the manufacaturer drivers, then telling Backup Exec to use those when you run TAPEINST?
