Cannot Access Exchange Server

I am trying to setup a backup job to a remote MS Exchange Server. the remote agent install works fine but when I try to browse to that server it replies with Access Denied.

This is strange because I can login directly on the server using the username and password specified in Veritas.

Please help.

And the Exchange server account does have a mailbox? And the account does have enough privs to real the message stores?

I have verified and those items are accounted for.
