Cannot create IDR Image when using wizard

Hi,

I am experiencing the issue detailed in 276499

The server in question is running Win2k3 SBS and Symantec BE v12 SP1.

I specifically receive the error when using the IDR wizard and reach the stage where it asks for the source files (i.e. i386 directory) which I have copied locally on to the C:

Can anyone please advise a resolution or workaround?
