Cannot duplicate dedupe data from one server to another

I have 2 media servers (one on-site and one off-site), both with a Deduplication Folder and being controlled by a Central Administration Server (hosted on the on-site BE server).  Both are BackupExec 2012 fully patched servers.

I can backup directly to either deduplication folder without problem, but whenever I try to "Duplicate to Deduplication Disk Storage", I get the following error when trying to save the backup properties:

Did you share the dedup folders with the other servers?
