Cannot find Library

I have just installed BEv10d for a client to replace Retrospect. The client has an Exabyte VXA2 SCSI autoloader. Windows can see the TBU as well as the "unknown medium changer". BE can only see the Exabyte. I have performed the following proceudres: Removed the device from within BE, and used the wizard to add the TBU, rebooted the system, used the wizard again in an attempt to get the library... no luck! Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Is the changer recognised as "unknown medium changer" in Windows?
