Cannot install / remove backup exec agent

Hello,

I recently installed R3. But i just cant get the agent installed on one of my servers. So i tryed to removed completly so i can retry the install, but that also cant be done.

We work with BE 2010, and al servers are Windows Server 2003. The server i got the problem with is a citrix server.

Hi,

Is this doing a remote and a local installation? Have you tried logging on to the Citrix server's console session to do the installation?

Try uninstalling and then installing the VMware Tools, then try re-installing the remote agent.
