Cannot see SSL1016 Auto-Loader. Only shows single SDLT drive

I have installed backupExec v10 and ensured the library option was installed. The software only sees a single SDLT drive and not th library? I have tried updating drivers.

Any advice?

Hello,

How many drives does the autoloader contain? Ensure that you are using the latest revision for 10.0 that is 10.0 5520. If not, install it from the following link:

VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 10.0 rev. 5520 for Windows Servers Installation Files

Also install the latest drivers for 10.0 5520 from:

http://support.veritas.com/docs/278408

Also run an Inventory and test the results. If the issue persists, revert with details.
