Cannot view Job History - XML Document is not valid

[VPI]

When I double click an entry in the Job History list, I get this message:

One or more errors were encountered converting the job history into a web page for display.

An instance of an XML Document is not valid.  Check that Miscrosoft XML Core Services (MSXML) 4.0 are installed on the computer.

*****

I do in face have the XML installed.  I tried reinstalling it as well.

Any ideas?
