Hi,
Im using backup Exec 2010, and I have 4 jobs, but when I try to see the selections I made, appears a message saying that the connection to the server has failed, press F5 to retry.
I have the same problem if i want to create a new backup task, i cant select anything.
The backups jobs runs normally
I redeployed the agent to the servers, I am able to access them using \\servername.

Seems to be credentials issue. Trying using another domain admin account as the
backup exec service account. Refer to the below article.

Hi,
Have you changed password for the backupexec account recently if yes then you can restart the services with username & new password & also update the same in network--log on account--select the user & update new password
Then with new backup selection see if that works
